Order Processing

All products from Gen X Society are made to order. Once you place an order, our production partner begins creating your item.

Production time:
2–5 business days.

During busy periods such as holidays, production may take slightly longer.

3–8 business days

United States & Canada
5–10 business days

Europe
5–10 business days

Rest of the world
10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If the address provided is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, Gen X Society cannot be responsible for replacing the order.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Refund & Return Policy

Gen X Society

At Gen X Society, all products are made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

However, we will gladly help if there is a problem with your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

To report an issue:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the product and the issue
• Include your order number

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

There is no need to return the damaged item.


Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product or design, please contact us within 30 days and provide a photo of the item received.

We will send a replacement free of charge.


Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
