Gen X Society
At Gen X Society, every item is made especially for you when you place an order. Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may request a free replacement or a refund.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

Provide clear photos showing the issue

Include your order number and a brief description of the problem
Once we review the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged item.
Incorrect or Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item or design, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide a photo of the item received. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Size Exchanges or Change of Mind
Because each item is made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
